10th, 9th, or MS Race:

2. Star Points: Each is worth one point:

A. Run in a Meet (maximum of 10 pts. in a season)
B. Run ten days in a row (maximum of 5 pts. in a season)
C. Work at the Joe Ross Invite

3. Experience Points:

A. 4th Year of Cross Country (9-12) -- 40 points
B. 3rd Year of Cross Country (9-12) -- 30 points
C. 2nd Year of Cross Country (9-12) -- 20 points
D. Freshman who ran in 8th grade -- 10 points

4. Conditioning Points:

Additional points may be added at the Head Coach's discretion for athletes who report to practice in a highly conditioned state. Athletes desiring these points must schedule an appointment with the Head Coach before a practice session during the first week of the season.
